A look back at a 4-day training session on “Change Management” and “Strategic Thinking” for Plantations et Huileries du Congo (PHC) managers in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, as part of the company’s capacity-building program.
During this session, participants had the opportunity to discover:
- How to lead organizational change proactively, addressing employees’ concerns and involving them throughout the change process.
- How to improve their performance by building action plans to implement this strategy at unit and division level.
