Yalelo Limited is a beneficiary on the EDP and represents the aquaculture sector. AMSCO facilitated a strategy workshop for their management team in order to re-strategize after the disruption of the COVID pandemic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The training was aimed at Managers from different departments to prepare them for potential changes in the operating environment and reap the rewards by thinking outside the box and planning accordingly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The managers were then equipped with the skill to: find balance in the current business expectations and forecast opportunities, recognize strengths and weaknesses within their individual teams, and to use the tools they had gained to improve team performance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participants were enthusiastic to utilize their newly gained skills in their respective departments.
