Following several months of collaboration between AGL Zambia and AMSCO, the program officially commenced in July 2026. The collaboration covered proposal development, program design discussions, executive presentations, content transfer sessions and implementation planning.<\/p>\n
Rather than focusing on individual training sessions, GROW and RAISE form part of a longer-term development journey. The programs combine interactive learning, practical application, reflection and continuous reinforcement. This approach supports managers in translating their learning into workplace impact.<\/p>\n
The GROW and RAISE programs focus on developing practical leadership capabilities. Throughout the journey, participating managers will strengthen their ability to lead people, drive performance and build high-performing teams.<\/p>\n
The learning experience will also extend beyond the classroom. Through interactive workshops and practical applications, managers will engage with the learning, reflect on their leadership approach and apply new skills within their working environment.<\/p>\n
